EIS-Industrie SCP Series Split Case Pump
is a single-stage double-suction horizontal centrifugal pump and used to transport pure water and the liquid of both physical and chemical nature similar to water, The maximum temperature of which must not be over 80℃, If the both ends of bearings add cooling water, the liquids temperature can up to 130℃,The pumps mainly used for water supply and drainage in factories, mines, cities and electric stations, waterlogged land drainage, irrigation of farming land and carious hydraulic projects etc. system.
Design Features:
• Horizontal, split case, double suction, single-stage, large capacity centrifugal pump design.
• The inlet and outlet of TSH pumps are below the axial lead of the pump, vertical to the axial lead, to form up a horizontal direction. For check and prepare, It doesn’t need to dismantle the inlet and outlet pipes and motors. Viewed from the driving direction, the pump makes clockwise rotation. (If requested, It can be changed to counterclockwise).
• Main parts of pump: pump casing, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing ring and shaft sleeve etc.
• Pump casing and Pump cover from up the workroom of impeller, On inlet and outlet flanges, there are boltholes to mount vacuum gauge and pressure gauge.
• Below the inlet and outlet flanges, there is a bolthole to drain.
• Impeller with static balance is fixed onto the shaft by the sleeve and sleeve nuts on the two sides. Its axial position can be adjusted through the sleeve nut.
• Pump shaft is supported by two single-row radial ball bearings. The bearings are placed inside the bearing body, mounted at the two ends of the pump and lubricated by grease.
• Double suction sealing ring is used to reduce the water leakage from pump pressure chamber to the suction chamber
• The pump is directly driven by the motor through resilient coupling, and if requested, It can be driven by an internal combustion engine
• Shaft seal is soft packing seal (or mechanical seal if requested by users)
